GIFTS
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we are more than happy to include a special gift card with the package. Enter details in the notes at checkout or contact us.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for $50, $80, $100, $150, $200, $300, $400 or $500. Email info@piratesdreaming.com if you require a different amount.
The gift voucher will be emailed (posted if required) to the recipient and will include a unique code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can use to shop online.
PAYMENTS
Pirates Dreaming prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and all online payments will be processed in Australian dollars. For those purchasing with a foreign currency, the amount billed to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ slightly to the price shown at the checkout due to the currency conversion and any bank fees you may incur. We accept payment by PayPal or credit card. We use a secure online service, so you can be assured of complete safety.
DAMAGES AND FAULTS
We take great care in making sure all our products are made to the highest quality and that they are in perfect condition when sent to you. If there happens to be a fault we didn’t find, please contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that jewellery and gemstones are delicate and should be handled carefully. Any breaking from mishandling or general wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered faults. If an item arrives to you and is faulty or broken, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will happily replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Send us your details and a photo of the damaged piece and we can advise if repairing is possible.
